Referring via Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
To refer a patient under the Better Access Mental Health Care Plan, please include the following details in their referral:

Referral Submission Methods
Referral Instructions: Please send the referral to PsychologyCare, or feel free to direct your referral to a specific psychologist from our team. You can submit the referral via fax or using the Medical Objects ID: [Insert Medical Objects ID].
We accept referrals through Medical Objects, fax (07) 3567 9405, or email (admin@psychologycare.com).
Once your referral is received, the relevant psychologist will assess the patient and provide an update on the next steps of their care.
