Jessie is a Registered Psychologist who provides a welcoming, safe, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where children, adolescents and their respective caregivers can express their thoughts and feelings in their way, and at their own pace. She listens patiently and with an open mind, seeking to understand the experiences, needs and unique qualities of each family. Jessie cares about children and parents feeling seen, heard, and understood, and that their therapy experience is both nurturing and empowering.
Jessie is skilled at helping children, adolescents and caregivers make sense of their experiences and feelings and explaining complex psychological concepts in ways that are easy to understand. Jessie develops an understanding of everyone’s strengths, abilities and learning style so she can develop resources and tailor her approach to best meet their needs.
