Mathew is a registered psychologist who brings warmth, understanding, and evidence-based approaches to his practice. He has extensive experience working with young adults, particularly young men navigating life transitions, as well as individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism and ADHD. His approach is grounded in building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and genuine care for each client’s unique journey.
Mathew has worked across various settings including private practice, educational environments, and specialised support services. He is particularly passionate about helping clients who experience complex challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioural difficulties. Through his work with the NDIS and in educational settings, he has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals and their families. Mathew believes in empowering clients to discover their strengths and develop practical strategies that work for their individual circumstances.
