Sabina completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has experience across public, community, and private mental health settings. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, stress and burnout, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, and neurodivergence-related experiences, including ADHD and Autism.
Sabina tailors her approach to each client, helping them develop insight into emotional and behavioural patterns while building practical skills to strengthen emotional regulation, develop adaptive coping strategies, and foster healthier patterns in daily life and relationships.
She also provides cognitive, academic, and psychological assessments, including ADHD and Autism assessments, with personalised recommendations for ongoing support. Sabina is committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment that welcomes diverse identities and lived experiences.
